Our payment process is simple. We pay you when the work is complete and properly billed - regardless of when we’re paid by the owner. Fast payment ensures that we keep the best Vendor Partners in the business happy and ready to do more work with the Herd.

Get Herd Preferred

Our best Vendor Partners can achieve a preferred status once they’ve met our goals for Building Better on a few projects. Herd Preferred vendors get negotiated work on specific projects. Our goal is to eventually get all of our Vendor Partners on our preferred list.
